CHANGE YOUR BOOKING
You can change the date and time of your booking online by following the step-by-step below.
We know things can happen and plans change, you are able to reschedule your booking providing it’s not within 48 hours of your visit. If you decided to reschedule your ticket, there will be a £5 administration fee. You will need to create an account to be able to reschedule your booking. If your visit is within 48 hours, we are unable to reschedule your booking.
Emmerdale Village Tour dates are offered at either off-peak or peak pricing. Therefore, if you wish to change your booking from an off-peak date to a peak one, you will be required to pay the difference in ticket price in order to reschedule your tour. Dependant on when you change your booking, an administration charge may also apply.
If you originally booked a ticket prior to 1st February 2024, and wish to reschedule it for a date after this threshold, a nominal additional fee will apply, corresponding to our standard ticket price adjustment implemented on February 1st.
Step 1
Go to our booking page, here and click on “Sign in/Register”.
Step 2
- Option 1 – If you created an account when buying tickets
- Log in with your username and password
- Option 2 – You did not create an account when buying tickets
- Click “Reset Password”
- Use the same email address you used to book your tickets
- You will receive an email to reset your password and be able to log in to your account.
Step 3
Click “View” followed by “Re-book” on the subsequent page for the ticket you want to change
Step 4
Select the new date and time you would like to visit and follow the usual booking process.
You will then receive a new booking confirmation email.
